General terms and conditions of sale

THE BALANCE OF THE RENTAL AND THE DEPOSIT (150€) MUST BE PAID ON ARRIVAL
30% deposit on reservation for rentals

* Included in the rental price: water, electricity, gas, parking for 1 vehicle next to the property
* Not included: towels and household linen

Tourist tax and ecological contribution 0.50 € / person / day - Free for under 18s.
Payment methods accepted: cash, cheques, holiday vouchers, bank transfers

RÉSERVATION LOCATIONS

Agreement : After studying our schedule, we will accept your booking, indicating the amount of the deposit (30%). As we do not have a credit card payment terminal, we will offer a 3-day booking option.

The booking will only be effective after receipt of your payment and the completed booking form, within 3 days of the date of validation of the booking. After this period, the option will be cancelled.

Booking confirmation will be sent to you by email. This confirmation must be presented on arrival.

NB : There will be no price reduction for late arrival or early departure.

ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES

Arrivals: between 4pm and 7pm

Departure before 10am

CANCELLATION

All cancellations must be made by registered letter. If the cancellation is received at least 60 days before the planned date of arrival, the deposit will be refunded in full.
